Lili Tseng, the CEO and Founder of Livita Equity, is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of industry experience. Her career began at several Fortune 500 corporations, where she worked as a Certified Public Accountant for American Express Tax and Business Services and The Walt Disney Company. Fueled by her passion for real estate, she obtained her real estate broker license and gained hands-on experience at Prudential Realty and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Her extensive professional background, combined with her personal investment ventures, has positioned her as a strong advocate for real estate as a powerful vehicle for building long-term wealth.

Prior to co-founding Avestor, Sanjay served as a Vice President at Intel, where he led product and strategic planning for the company’s $40 billion PC business. He has an engineering degree from Penn State and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon.

Prior to VSV, she was with Procter & Gamble for 13 years leading the national sales strategies for several billion-dollar brands and launching key initiatives. Jenny received a Bachelor’s in Business Management at the University of Arizona and her MBA at the University of Minnesota.
